House rules
This keeps the sauna a calm, clean place for everyone.
- Every booking is confirmed with a € 60 deposit. You can pay it at the salon or by bank transfer, quoting your name, the date and the start time.
- Your booking is only valid once the deposit has been paid. If it has not been paid 4 days (96 hours) before the date, the booking is cancelled without further notice.
- Cancel at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise the deposit is kept to cover costs. You are welcome to send someone in your place.
- Please keep to your booked hours so the next guests can enter a clean complex on time. Leaving late costs € 20 per quarter of an hour.
- Shower fully before using the complex. The disinfecting foot bath is compulsory.
- Bath slippers are compulsory. Wear a bathrobe when walking across the terrace.
- Always use a towel on the sauna benches and in the lounge chairs, inside and outside.
- Do not pour your own products into the jacuzzi, sauna or steam bath. Close the sauna and steam bath doors after each use.
- Food and drinks are enjoyed at the table inside or on the terrace. Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed.
- Smoking is only allowed on the outdoor terrace. Cigarette ends in the ashtray, please.
- Children must be supervised by an adult. Pets are not allowed.
- Keep the terrace and the complex tidy, and keep it quiet outside out of respect for our neighbours.
- Romance is welcome in our complex, erotica is not.
- You are responsible for using our facilities correctly. Buerna Lounge cannot be held liable for accidents, injury or material damage caused by using the facilities.
- Theft of or damage to Buerna Lounge property will be charged. If the space has to close as a result, we charge compensation of € 600 per day.
- You can pay in cash or by Bancontact.
- Buerna Lounge reserves the right to refuse entry for any reason.
- Anyone who books with Buerna Lounge automatically agrees to these house rules.
